If you ever experience a dispute being raised by one of your customers, you will be notified by the payment processor about which transaction has been disputed and why. SimplyPayMe will work closely with you in order to guide you on what evidence you need to submit in order to show the legitimacy of the payment.
Ultimately it will be up to your customer's issuing bank to decide whether or not there are grounds to charge back the disputed funds. You as the merchant and owner of the SimplyPayMe account will be notified of any updates to the case.
